Parametric Fretboard Fusion360 File
Purchasing this item will give you access to the fully parametric Fusion 360 design for making your own fretboards. It includes the model, sketches with fret and bridge locations, and some suggested machining toolpaths. This is intended as a starting point for your custom guitar design or as an aid for building by hand.
All you will have to do is input your desired specs, then the model will automatically update. The supported parameters are:
Number of Strings
Scale Length (multi-scale compatible, neutral fret customizable)
Fretboard Radius (compound radius possible)
Fretboard Thickness
String Spacing (both at the nut and the bridge)
Fret Size (width, tang width, and hidden tang offset)
Buying this item gives you the right to use and modify the design for your projects, including selling any fretboards you make. However, you may not share the files with any 3rd party.
